"The hotel had no room service or even water bottles and the tap water is not drinkable. There is no shuttle service to the airport. Didn’t find staff friendly. They stick to what they have to do, they don’t try to go above and beyond for you. The room was clean but the toilet and shower area had this real bad smell. "Staff were courteous and rooms were clean. Our bathroom door lock didn't work, forgot to tell them. Not a big deal though. Property is in a convenient location for shopping, food and other options. You can also drive to either sides of the attractions in the Maui from here. Very close to the airport and that makes it easier on the first and last day of your trips.
