"Lo mejor del hotel, de ahí mi puntuación es dónde está ubicado. La habitación, y no pedí la sencilla, está antigua y la verdad es que no acaba de ser cómoda, esperaba algo más para un hotel que no es barato. No tengo claro que si volviera a Sevilla me volviera a hospedar en el mismo sitio. Eso si, el personal amable y atento. "

"This is hotel is in the perfect location for tourists as you can walk to all the main sights. My room was small but had everything for a great night's sleep - very comfortable bed, good quality bed-linen and total silence at night as it's in a pedestrian district so there's no traffic noise. Lovely shower. Due to the small size of the room, the toilet is in a very prominent place behind glass walls that are only semi-frosted so that's something that couples should be aware of. "Everything about the property was great with comfortable and stylish rooms and a great location. However the car parking situation was very unclear and poorly communicated as you need to validate your ticket upon arrival not on departure. Reception did not tell us this and therefore it cost us an additional €50 to park for 3 days than it should have. "

"One of the best hotels, if not the best, hotel I have ever stayed in. Incredibly clean, amazing staff, fresh smell throughout the hotel due to all the beautiful plants, comfortable pillows, wonderful bathroom, relaxing atmosphere etc etc! Cannot fault!"

"The apartment is a sound machine. From the noise from the street below, the neighbors across the street to the other occupants of the other apartments very echoy and the doors make alot of noise. Was there 5 nights had 1 good night sleep. The location is awesome. No where to sit comfortably but the bed as the chairs were very uncomfortable. The bathroom and the kitchen table and chairs need a lot of refresh. The employees were awesome."

"Although the room was a standard size the balcony was very large. Booked on a whim and was very impressed with the property. The staff was extremely helpful. The only downside was that there is construction in the neighbourhood but that's very common in Seville at the moment. "

"El hotel superó mis expectativas. Excelente localización y céntrico. El staff muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. A pesar de estar en la primera planta cerca del lobby y puerta de entrada no tuvimos ruidos que nos molestaran. De verdad muy buena experiencia! Recomendado!"

"The hotel was located in the heart of the city - close to many shops, restaurants and sights. The staff were charming and helpful, and the rooms spotless. Good value and great location

"This is hotel is in the perfect location for tourists as you can walk to all the main sights. My room was small but had everything for a great night's sleep - very comfortable bed, good quality bed-linen and total silence at night as it's in a pedestrian district so there's no traffic noise. Lovely shower. Due to the small size of the room, the toilet is in a very prominent place behind glass walls that are only semi-frosted so that's something that couples should be aware of. The staff were very helpful and polite even when I saw them having to deal with a horrible bully who was boasting of owning a company with 500 employees and threatening that, if he didn't get his own way, he'd get everyone of them to post a 1 star review for the hotel online. The staff remained calm and polite even when dealing with this horrible jerk. "
