"This property had a very nice courtyard. The staff was very friendly. One of the best showers we've experienced. The location was great. Easy access to everything. The main square and several markets, restaurants and shops were all very close."

"Nice hotel overlooking the Zocalo, so u will get the noise from the area. Prices tend to be too high but it's clean & comfortable. We only had a small issue with the water leaking out through a hole onto the bathroom floor. I was given the wrong room in the back of the hotel when I had booked a park/square view & when I asked to change rooms the receptionist was hesitant which made no sense as the hotel was half empty. "

"Convenient for our purposes. The property is a bit dated, but nicely appointed. Staff were terrific."

"Overall the hotel is fine. However the facilities seems stuck on the 80s, not because they want to keep the esthetics. But because it seems that the hotel furniture is the same as it was 40 years ago. The mirrors in the reception bathroom are deteriorated, the telephone in the room is yellow due to the deterioration of the plastic, or the floors in the hallways of the rooms are dirty."

"This is a fantastic boutique hotel. The place is cleaned and polished to a tee! The staff is remarkable in their care for their clients. We tip well and getting treated like royalty. The food coming out of the kitchen is also amazing. The bar is superb. We won’t stay anywhere else in Oaxaca."

"The location is amazing. It’s right in the center and it’s walkable everywhere. The room I got was big, we got the two bedrooms and it’s a big suite with 2 queen beds and a king bed in another room. The only complain I have is the water pressure in the bathroom. It makes it very hard to shower because not a lot of water coming out. "
