"This was my first trip to Rotterdam. I lucked out with this hotel. For someone looking for a typical hotel experience, simply look at the name. The staff was excellent and friendly. I rented a bike at the front desk and I was able to easily get around town. The note in the room was a special touch. The bar/restaurant on site was excellent. "

"My stay at the golden stork was great. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and patient too. Due to the time of year (summer) it was incredibly hot in the hotel, and the ventilation of the room was unfortunately not good. The staff kindly provided a fan, however it didn’t work. "Want to acknowledge COLIN the night clerk. He was just getting off his shift when we were trying to find our way to the train station. He walked with us to show us the way and tried to help us solve a credit card issue we had when we tried to buy tickets. Very nice man and very helpful."
