"Lovely chalet in a very quiet park with a mixture of tents, motor homes and chalets. Great location with regular buses to Leiden and Den Haag nearby, the only downside was that the reception staff were not the friendliest of people and seemed to take an age to complete the simplest of tasks, the chalet hosts were excellent and very helpful "

Overall we have a very pleasant stay. We, however, missed some sort of corner/place to hang our jackets and keep our shoes at the entrance. "Wir waren mit unseren zwei Hunden fast eine Woche in diesem Haus. Tolle Lage, keine Hundert Meter vom Strand. Nur eine kleine Treppe trennte uns vom Meer und auch vom Rad- und Spazierweg. Der nahegelegene Supermarkt hat alles was man braucht. Uns hatte es sehr gut gefallen und kommen bestimmt mal wieder her. "

"Das Haus ist total ungepflegt gewesen. Flecken auf den Wänden, den Möbeln, kaputte Lampen, schlecht funktionierenden Spülmaschine. Wir haben 65 Euro für die Endreinigung bezahlt, trotzdem hat man uns zusätzlich 32,50 Euro berechnet, weil wir die saubere Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt haben. Das W-LAN funktioniert ebenfalls nicht. kostenlosen W-LAN"

"A bit hard to find for us, although once we were there, it was obvious! The phone number listed on Expedia is for a different hotel. The hotel itself is great, with a kitchenette, coffee and tea in the room and downstairs. The lobby is quite pretty. Walking distance to the train station, and Mauritshuis. The staff was helpful and friendly. Next to Chinatown as well."

"Great location near Rotterdam Central station. Check in was efficient, given a detailed help list for our stay. Room was clean & tidy and provided many facilities except a microwave. Advised that no cleaning would be done, however extra towels, waste bin bags are available if asked for. The room was extremely quiet even though there was demolition of an office block next door to Premier Suites. Gym area was acceptable. Wi-fi good. "
