"This is a very nice hotel lovate in the center of Madrid with wverything ypu need really closed by. The staff was really nice, the rooms were clean and spacious. We didnt use the breakfast buffet, we believed it was pricey, 15 Euros per person, when tou can get a sustainable breakfast for 20 euros for four poeple at any place nearby. Really good experience ."

"Service to the Airport is not free, is 5 Euros per person, not bad, but is not free. Good thing they have lockers, which is very convenient, we left the luggage two days earlier, and went to Paris, and check-in without carrying the big luggages. Clean, breakfast was ok. "

"Amazing location for such a large city by Puerta del Sol. The Metro was so convenient to use as the stop/entrance was right by the hotel. Elevator access helped tremendously as we had large luggage.
