"I took the bus and it took me right to the hostel and driver got my luggage out. The rooms are not at the "road level" so you have to take your luggage on the next floor and there is no elevator. The front desk staff can help with the luggage. The 2 somewhat smaller fridges ( compared to the big fridge sizes in USA) in the kitchen were overflowing and not really clean from inside. "Great hotel right in downtown Reykjavik. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend if are looking for a hotel in the center of the action. "

"The breakfast was a huge plus! It’s close to the Hilton with can be the pick up spot for a lot of tours and the hop on and off bus has a stop right there. Not as close to city center as we thought but still an am stay! the room was big and clean with comfortable beds. "

"Staff was wonderful! Only complaint is that the smoke alarm went off in the hotel due to a toaster! Got up at 7AM because someone in the dining room wanted crispy toast. So you're definitely safe here since their smoke alarms work really well."
