"The location is very close to the Ortisei main town and is walkable. The neighborhood is very quiet and on a meadow overlooking the other Chalets on the Alpine meadows. The staff is also very warm and welcoming."

Any of these events on a stand-alone would not have bothered us, but put together they left an unpleasant feeling. When you arrive, it is not obvious which entrance will take you to reception, so you walk around with your luggage trying various doors, some locked.
