"First I must say the negatives here are minor and the customer service was most definitely 5 stars. Quick with the negatives; housekeeping put a torn sheet on the bed. Pet peeve of mine I hate to see. There is no shower stall but a large tub almost 3 feet deep. Treacherous to get in and out of; no shower curtain; room gets flooded and the floor is slick; not a fan. "Is a great experience to have a family’s trip together. Was really a good family bounding especially with my daughter during the kayaking activity. Itinerary was well organised by our tour guide ( Tony) and his crews. Would highly recommend to first timer to Halong Bay. My only negative comments to management would be crews member smoking at the deck after work. Me and family member was supposed to have a very good chat and decided to go to the room because really can’t tolerate the smoking...

"I checked out September 25th so this is a review of the hotel as Cat Ba recovers from the typhoon. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The sky at and pool were damaged in the typhoon and were being repaired. Overall a good place to stay. "
