No AC, No Hairdryer, Shower head has to be held to be used, Dirty floors with circular burns in carpet, no toiletries or towels, no AC in fitness center, very sketchy area, dirty refrigerator, no coffee, very late checkin and very early checkout. Worst place I have EVER stayed. "

"We ran late and could not reach the property and when we arrived the property was unattended. Luckily Expedia Customer Service agent was very helpful and we gained access inside the property and too our key which was left in a safe. Just could of done with an email from Property advising of this."

"The breakfast was great. I like that they have local products like the jam. Everything was good. I did not like that the hotel did not have wash cloths and the shampoo, body wash and hand soap are one thing and don't smell pleasant. The parking is really inconvenient. There is no place to park to drop off your luggage and check in before parking in the garage that is 10 minutes walk away."

"This hotel looks rather old from the outside, the reception area is in a 80's style, but this impression stops there. The rooms are newly refurbished and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant is very good and the breakfast is also very satisfactory. One of the best value for money I came accross in the last few years. I will definitely come back to this hotel when in the region."

The lady on reception who checked us in was incredibly helpful- she helped us adjust our booking to make things easier during our stay as well as advised the easiest way to get to Chambord and gave us good dinner recommendations. "This hotel is still relatively new. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. TV had capability to cast from your phone/device to the TV so we were able to watch Netflix. Bathroom was clean and had all the needed amenities. The breakfast room was spacious and the food was good.
