Hotesse d accueil des plus désagréable le matin. J ai réservé et paye via l application horel.com. cette dame a reduse de me donner la facture pour la nuit. Et c est juste parce qu elle ne voulait pas la donner. Une autre hotesse me l avait donner lors d un precedent sejour. Je lui ai montre mais malgré ca elle a refuse. En me disant je cite: on ne peux pas tout avoir, le programme de fidelite hotel.com et la facture... avec un air superieur tres désagréable... Je ne retournerais plus jamais dans cet hotel ou le personnel se permet ce genre de choses et ce genre de commentaires...
