"A ten minute stroll along a pleasant street takes you to the bridge. Cross it and you are at the foot of the delightful town of Blois. There are two small supermarkets on the street, and lovely walks along the river so east to spend days without driving anywhere. Also many, many beautiful towns and chateaux to visit within an hour's drive. The cottage is well-equipped and very comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend."

"Stayed at this home with my wife and two older teenage kids. The house is in a great location and a short walk to lots of restaurants and 15 min walk to the Blois Gare. Right next to beautiful historic Saint Louis Cathedral and close to the great Denis Papin staircase.The N1/N2 bus (free bus) was close by and really helped to get around. The house was awesome and comfortable. Its is a walk up though (if you have trouble with stairs). The house was stocked with everything - plates, pots etc...

"The property is great. A few unexpected things. The Lock box is a 10 minute walk from the train station up hills with luggage then you have to go back down and go 15 minutes the other direction to the property. The property door is rust not the red one. The building stairs are not for someone who can’t carry luggage up old stairs. Great for us as we took carry on luggage only but if you are older or have knee issues be warned it’s 3 flights up. We liked our stay and location could not have been...

"St Pierre des Corps apartment is spacious, clean, quiet, and well located. It works well with train or bus to various chateaus, and easily accessible by TGV to and from Paris. "Loved the town of Amboise and how convenient Jacky’s apartment was to everything. Two couples shared the well equipped place with plenty of room to stretch out. Appreciated having comfy beds and bathrooms with enough towels. A few stairs to get to up to the apartment but results in a good view of the river. Being at the hub to the bridge is convenient.
