"Had such a good time here! Got to see lake superior every morning which was beautiful. The room was super spacious and was super clean. We were still able to check in after check in time which was a worry for us right away but when we got there it was all okay! The resturant there was amazing too! Super friendly and amazing staff. Defintally worth visiting in all seasons of the year!"

"It was ok. I don't think it really is what I think of as a "boutique hotel". This was a former B&B, so it's basically a nice B&B without breakfast. I will say it was nice having coffee downstairs in the morning, but either have some good pastries or don't put out at all. The very dry mini-muffins and little scones were not great. "This property was a lucky last minute find. Only 15 minutes from UMD, where my son attends. Can safely have windows open overnight and let the Lake Superior waves lull you to sleep. It is a basement apartment and home owners were not present, so I can’t speak on that. Very nice patio with grill as well as wood burning chiminea, both of which we used and enjoyed immensely. Thank you for sharing your property."
