El staff que me recibió fue muy amable, pero al hacer el check out tuve una experiencia algo desagradable, ya que me quería cobrar por desayunos y botellas de agua que no consumí. "It’s difficult to get a good value hotel in Milan but this hotel is both reasonable and in a great location for exploring the city. Room was nice and well equipped although another power point near the bed would have been helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast manager was fab."
