"Can find nothing to downgrade our stay at this hotel. From arrival to departure we were well looked after. Hotel is new, rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Free breakfast was excellent and overall would highly recommend a stay. "

"This was so convenient for the trains. Room was immaculately clean and tidy. Could have done with tea/cups etc topped up. I used 2 then asked at reception but they were out of them. Our room was at the back so was reasonably quiet but the rooms had poor sound proofing as you could hear toilets flushing and every wandering in the corridor outside."

"Great! Excellent location! We had a midnight fire alarm on our last night (of four) and it would have been useful for the night staff to have been taught to turn it off. We were outside for a good hour! "

"Great stay. Rooms are quite large, comfortable and quiet for being right downtown. Everything is walkable from here but plenty of taxis and public transportation right outside your door too. The front desk/reception staff is excellent!"

"Nice room, great location, bidet is a nice touch. Friendly staff. Bed a bit too firm. They also need to update the card in the room indicating free coffee anytime (not true; just a card for one free coffee and not available 24/7)."

"Nicely renovated hotel - lobby area and rooms. Toilet and bathrooms ensuite are still old, but OK. Except that the shower leaks after each shower. They have tried to use silicon to fix it but failed. Air conditioning unit in the room is also not working. But being cooler weather, it was fine. Reception staff and housekeeping staff are very friendly and warm. Close to both the train and bus stations. Very convenient to walk across and also to the city centre & port area. "
