"This is the first time we stayed in a place without a tv. Im not a big reader so it was a little boring for the days that it was cold and rainy."

"Nice location, cute & cozy cabin on the river. A few touches of Xmas decor. Heating is one temp for the entire cabin. It was 68 when we arrived and ended up as hot as hades the rest of the stay. Beds are very firm. No TV. Wendy was nice. "

"Our stay was great! I gave 4 stars for the condition because the toilet in the master bedroom was out of order. It was just a little inconvenient to go another bathroom during the night."

"I truly loved staying here and will stay here again. It was so clean, plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen and full size fridge. Roomy bathroom and plenty of room for at least 6 people to sleep. I was shocked at how quiet it was in the room bc we knew all the other rooms were reserved, but we didn’t hear one noise from other people that were staying there. "We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 "

"We have already reserved this hotel for a visit in April 2026. The room we had was a little outdated. The room isvery quiet and the balcony was peaceful.The parking for the room, in this particular section, is horrible. There are approximately six rooms (or a few more) and only four paved parking places. The convenience of this hotel to the visitor center where we were for an event is perfect. Townsend is an amazingly quiet town. You are still closely located to the rambunctious Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The Great Smoky Mountains are out your back door. Again, we have already reserved to stay there the following year that’s how much we like this family built, owned and ranhotel."
