"Absolutely stunning ocean and mountain views. The staff was incredibly friendly and were onsite until 10pm every night. They were always helpful. There is a beautiful community patio with an infinity pool, but no bar or restaurant. The place has a close relationship with the resort LaPonza at the bottom of the hill which has a tasty restaurant, bar, massage services and access to the nearby lagoon with free kayaks. I wouldn’t swim in the water. It has a dirty feed stream. Now for the tough part....

"Loved the location and the property. Yes as other reviews mentioned there are roosters close by, but they provide earplugs. The stairs are very narrow but doable. "We opted for a unit without cooking facilities as they were lofts. Very spacious and exactly like the pictures. Garden pool area is beautiful. Hotel 1/2 blk from bus depot. Great location to access everything. Pizza restaurant on premises. Thin crusts and not bad at all! A little confusion at check in as I must have missed the note to collect key and make our payment at their on site pizza. Be warned, check in is exactly 3PM and not earlier. Great place!"

"The small boutique hotel is very charming and quaint. Don’t expect the pool you see on the cover photo. That pool with columns does not exist. Instead, the pool is about 3 feet deep and a small square. There was very loud music that stared at 6:00 AM on a Sunday morning from across the street. You could feel the base through the mattress. Also, be prepared for load barking dogs. They have ear plugs in the room for a reason. We enjoyed ourselves, but you should know everything before you book."
