"The hotel is literally a 2 minute walk from the train station which is very handy for those who don't want to stay in Manchester city centre. It's lovely and quiet. Our room was very warm even with heating off and the fan on, I think the pool could've been a little warmer and to provide cups for the fresh water fountain. "The room was fine, we did,however,have dirty spoons,and a dirty mug. Breakfast was good, however, there were no pancakes whilst we were there, we were towards the end of the breakfast time but things should be re-stocked. It was apparent that they were under staffed. The staff did their best"
