"Great open space for socialising with a bar, restaurant, pool table and TV's. Small area with kids toys to entertain the little ones too. Most of the staff were freindly, with only one member of staff telling the kids to keep the noise down. That was the only annoying thing, as there were no other guests present other than our party of about 15 people, so I'm not sure who stood to benefit from the 6 kids reducing the noise, when they were just being normal kids playing hide and seek. "We had a fantastic stay at Hello Hotel in Manchester for 2 nights! The breakfast was absolutely delicious – super yummy and a great way to start the day. Really enjoyed the fact that we could choose our breakfast between sausage rolls, porridges and few more options. There is also a restaurant next door that we haven't tried but seemed nice. "The only downside of my stay was being asked to submit my credit card details in case i trashed the room , and also being asked for photo id. Which fortunately i had on me in the form of my O.A.P bus pass. I have stayed at a number of Easy Hotels around the country and never been asked for these items so it kind of felt a bit strange , other than that initial issue all good . "

"1st impression, the hotel was a bit dated on the outside. Loads of spaces for parking. Just remember to validate your vehicle reg on the tablet in reception.Check in was easy, staff polite and pleasant. The place was busy.Plenty of space in the bar/reception area. Room was ok. We were put in a room overlooking the road. Double glazed windows didn't close properly. You could hear traffic outside and people talking as they walked past.
