A heater had already been placed in our room and situation explained to us. But the bathroom was too chilly for a shower....brrrrrr. it was a nice place for a one night stay, close to high street shops, but quiet at night, so we slept well. "

The rooms were spotless, and I would rate the overall service a perfect 10/10. However, if you enjoy a hearty breakfast, this may not be the right hotel for you. While breakfast is included, it is quite basic. On the plus side, there are free snacks available all day."

"We had an excellent stay here with a meal in the evening that was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent too. We stayed in one of the loft rooms and it was great. Comfortable bed, brilliant bathroom. Everything you could want from a stay. We'll definitely stay here again if we get the chance!"
