"Terlingua Ranch was definitely remote and it made for the most beautiful stargazing experience I’ve ever had! The room and amenities were exactly as pictured and the cleanliness was better than I imagined! The only drawback was that the evening I was there, there was a light that kept flashing frequently from the canyon behind the cabins - could not figure out what that was or why. The service at both the office/store and the restaurant were subpar, but I’d overlook that and consider staying...

"The place itself was average, but over priced. Rats chewed the wiring on my new car causing a shortened stay and unexpected cost. Apparently, this is a known problem in the area. The host should have advised us so we could have been prepared. "
