"This place was more than adequate for what we needed as a stop over stay. Parking was right in front of the room. Fridge was very noisy over night but other than that no issues. There is a bond that they require on top of the fee of $100 but this is refunded after check out. I didn't mind this as I am guessing perhaps they have had some issues in the past that have meant they have needed to do this. Overall, adequate budget stay."

"The property was a mix of old and new. The interiors were well appointed but it is a older building that is maintained well. Parking was a challenge since we did not have reserved parking ahead of time. Location is excellent and close to lots of restaurants and amenities. The riverfront walk is within a couple of minutes of the hotel and is a treat."

"When we first enterd block 1, we could smell a strong scent of toilet spray and marijuana. We alerted management and they immediately investigated and decided to move us to another block which was awesome. We were told those people had been there for a week, and that it was unlikely they would stop the behaviour, whilst its not an emergency housing provider, it was evident there are ways WINZ goes about housing people without catergorising people under emergency housing.
