"Very much unstaffed at weekends and evenings. We had an administrative problem while checking in (we were told the wrong key safe), which whilst fixed was only an issue because the hotel is not staffed. We also only recieved a single pillow and duvet for two of us, but didn't try and resolve it as there wer no staff to talk to and we'd already had to ring once to check in. It was clean and well located for the port. Parking was good, and the bus route goes past, but does not stop outside. "

"We srayed at this hotel due to its proxomity to pulpit rock. It is only about 10 minutes away by car. The service was great, we got upgraded to a better room without even asking. The staff are friendly. The hotel has an elevator, so it was not a problem getting our luggage to the first floor.
