Despite booking a stay with buffet breakfast, the hotel did not provide a buffet; instead, they offered a limited menu with options like puri sabji, paratha, or bread with tea. I do not recommend this hotel due to the rude and unresponsive behavior of the staff."

"Total value for money. But when i checked in other rooms were under renovation. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Sharing taxis for Darjeeling main are available from nearby. Ghoom station is walking distance."
