"Staff were friendly, helpful and calm. One issue with housekeeping being quite poor but reception sorted it out without a fuss. Not a lot of English spoken but Google Translate is your friend these days so no problem. "

"The hotel is very well located, close to Rua Augusta and Avenida Paulista. There’s an infinity of restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance. The room is small but cozy and my room had a full bed and a twin bunk. The AC works well, the water is hot and the toilet is enclosed with its own door to allow for privacy. We parked at the hotel and it was pretty reasonable and very convenient. The hotel is very clean overall. I’ll be coming back for sure. "

"It was an awesome and amazing experience. Their breakfast is fresh and taste delicious. The room is clean, the environment is well kept. There is a taxi that works closely with the hotel, this made it safe and easy to get around considering the fact that I traveled with my children. Overall, I will recommend this hotel."
