"Horrible service. We were 2 couples that paid a week in advance through Hotels.com, confirmation was emailed and I phoned 3 times to confirm because we were going to arrive a bit earlier because we have a wedding close by. When we arrived they did not want to give us our room keys because they said they did not receive payment. We spoke to the 2 girls working there, which was very unproffesional eating chips and handling our phones without any sanitation etc, we showed them proof of payment,...

Took taxi (more expensive) to the locked gate. Proceeded around the corner and waited at a coffee house until they answered the phone. Once there however they were very pleasant and accommodating. "
