"I found the staff to be welcoming and polite. However, I was surprised by the 330 rand limit on dining, which wasn't mentioned during booking. Additionally, the shower design caused water to spill onto the passage floor, which was inconvenient. Clearer communication about dining costs and improvements to the shower design would enhance the experience. "

"We have stayed at the Garden Court before and the overall stay was the great. The breakfast is excellent. However, when we arrived at the hotel, they had no record of our booking. They eventually found it on Expedia.com and had to create a new booking for us. It took over an hour to get our accommodations sorted out."

"Great location, great staff. There was an issue with one of our rooms and the staff assisted to make changes swiftly. They were helpful with organizing a surprise for my birthday with my sister. There smoking floor is sectioned and not on its own floor would be a con and finding hair around the room also a con. Both issues addressed professionally and efficiently. Overall great experience "

If I stayed again, id pay a little more for the option above the standard room. Self check in was decent because we arrived at the same time of a large sports team, so that was quicker. It was very quite at night. I felt safe at all times. Only a few mins walk to Mandela Square."

"The hotel stay was good, but at the lower end of good. The gentleman who checked us in presented as very indifferent. Within 30 min of checking in we noticed that bathroom sink/face basin was not draining. Complained about it to the same person who checked us in, he assured us that he will get maintenance to fix it and after 3 hrs or so it was not fixed. Went back downstairs and complained to another worker who gave us instructions on how to fix the issue, but we were unable to do it. He came...
