"It was comfortable. Clean beddings. Served the purpose. We were at a room without windows but it didn’t matter that much as we were out most times. I just wish English breakfast was available that’s all. We had a good deal though with Travelodge as kids below 16 have free breakfast 😊"

The person checking in before us had a problem so it meant we had to wait a while to check in - which is fine, these things happen, but it would have been nice if the member of staff had apologised for our wait when it got to our turn. The rooms are quite tiny, but clean and looked like they had been newly decorated. "We got a warm friendly welcome on reception. Room was clean and smell fresh. All was good, except we got lots of noise, banging and walking from the room above. This was probably due to poor sound proofing. I will score this hotel 4.5 stars out of 5."

"All good, no issues.. been stopping here every week since early Jan. They seem to be improving things on a weekly basis, the new shower gel is huge improvement.. smells really nice. Staff are lovely and the scrambled eggs are fab! "
