"I have stayed before & I like the place & people; slightly disappointed that there was no effort to clear the car park of snow or indeed the path up to the door - it was very dangerous. No grit or salt laid either. They did say they had a shovel ! "

"Booked a deluxe double which was a lovely, large room. We were warm and cozy. The bar had a good selection of drinks and food; the food served until 9.30pm. Good choice at breakfast. Staff lovely. Right in the centre of Harrogate."

"Fabulous overnight stay. I met a friend for a pre Christmas treat, the staff helped me to surprise my friend and not give the game away that i had paid foe the stay, they helped me keep the cover story that i had used a free stay from hotels.com Have stayed at the cairn many times it is a great location and staff are always amazing.
