"Went for a short break with friends. Great hotel. Very local to all Bruges has to offer. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Only thing I would say is that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, but cafes were just around the corner. Overall a very lovely hotel."

"Loved this hotel. Walkable from the train station (but difficult with wheeled suitcases due to cobbles). Decorated for Christmas, it was charming. The staff were friendly and helpful, they locked our suitcases up so we could go round Bruges till our room was ready. Room was a good size and had everything we need. Breakfast was great with loads of options, but also almost next door to an amazing breakfast cafe and a patisserie. Would definitely book again."

"Good standard hotel accommodation. We stayed two nights on a Northern European family vacation. We had rented a car to visit WWI sites nearby, so this hotel with free parking fit the bill. There is not too much of interest in the immediate area, apart from two good supermarkets right next door. We did not try on-site dining options."

"This hotel is definitely worth its value. It was clean, comfortable, cozy, especially after a long day of travelling. The receptionist was really helpful - special shoutout to the receptionist who was trying to help us with universal adapter/power bank. Later we found out there is USB next to the beds, literally save our trip! Breakfast was served earlier than expected, we are very glad with our decision. "Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Couldn’t have asked for better. The staff were very friendly and helpful, amazing customer service and rooms cleaned daily with all toiletries replaced. The beds were quite comfortable too. The hotel is in a great location without being too noisy and has lots of amenities nearby. I would definitely recommend."
