The hotel's software didn't record that we had checked in and marked us as a no-show and they gave our room away. Glad we were in the room so we could deal with the person. It took a bit to sort out the mix up and we had pre-paid for the room so it wasn't about payment. They need to fix their system because this wasn't a great feeling. "
