"The staff were incredibly kind. The location is perfect - Tolcarn Beach is basically on their door step and is walkable to Porth Beach and Fistral Beach. The bus stops are a very short walk from the hotel and there are numerous stores in the area. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Great dog walking directly outside of the hotel and the ability to have breakfast with the dog in the bar area was great . I had a single room and it was fine Very clean and all that was needed was provided. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to use the indoor pool but it looked AMAZING. Will return soon."

"Mannings is in a great location just a short walk from the cathedral, shops and with the market right in front of the hotel. There is free parking for guests behind the hotel. Big rooms, tea and coffee making facilities, tv and spacious rooms "

"Liked the property, breakfast excellent, evening dining limited & expensive. Missing opportunities for a captive audience by not offering casual food options in the evenings. Used cafe on arrival, it was dirty & a lazy bearded staff member doing nothing, dreadful food & coffee, a let down for a lovely hotel for a first impression."

"Room was fine even with the building work next door which ceased bang on 17.00 as agreed. Tight parking and chargeable even though owned by the hotel ? They only have the old fashioned card swipe service and as all my cards we’re on my phone I had to pay cash for the parking and if I wanted food or drink it would have been the Same. But can’t fault the rooms or the location, would stay again but remember to take my cards with me. "

"Absolutely brilliant b&b with great food, staff and close to harbour beach and costal paths. The only disappointing part of the stay is that breakfast does not start until 9am, which for us was too late as we needed to get on with the day. If breakfast is a 8am start would have given the b&b a 5star. "

"All was just ok, decor quite dated and water pressure awful. Could have done with a fan in the room as also v warm. Location however is fantastic and free parking a bonus in the centre of Newquay."
