"I would say its OVERVALUED, as per price they are charging.. 1. Facility wise -- Its lacking if compared to brand 'Marriott'. Other hotels which are providing rooms at 1/3rd price are similar in security/cleanliness/room size/ambience No garden... No views.. Forget about other amenities 2. Location is not great.. Nearby area is dead. Its next to local wine shop 3. Not much options available for BREAKFAST.. Same fix limited/repeated menu options are available every day. Taste of items being...

"The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The roof-top terrace had a very nice view of the main road & the Dal lake, both at night and in daytime. The breakfast spread was very nice and the food menu was awesome - both Ala carte and In-room dining. A great location opposite Ghat No.2 at Dal gate and just 30mts from Srinagar airport."

"The rooms are too small for even a couple & a child but otherwise, spotlessly clean. Overall hospitality needs an uplift as I found the staff a little 'crude'. The warmth that we are used to in the Indian hospitality industry was nowhere to be seen but functional for sure. "
