"They never checked us in as they never received the booking in their system. I have been trying to connect with hotels.com since but to no response. It was a paid booking and in the peak season we were left stranded amid rains with no hotel. Zostel blames Hotels.com for wrong listing as there is no such room available with balcony. We are still waiting for hotels.com to respond to my complains but haven't heard yet. I expect a full refund and panelty for the inconveniences caused. Also, the amount I had to pay for the other hotels because of this debacle. "

"Was not alloted the same type of room which I booked and behaviour of the staff was so rude.. like we will have to stay in that room only and u are not in a situation to do anything One can get a far better room on 7-8k per night.. so don't opt for it.."
