"The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The roof-top terrace had a very nice view of the main road & the Dal lake, both at night and in daytime. The breakfast spread was very nice and the food menu was awesome - both Ala carte and In-room dining. A great location opposite Ghat No.2 at Dal gate and just 30mts from Srinagar airport."

"Good things: Staff were honest and well behaved. Whenever we needed anything,they would come and attend. Things not satisfactory: Bed height in our room was too low,approx 1.5 feet high, difficult to use especially if you have any elderly person with you. There is no lift . "Thankful to the manager very helpful and honest. The food was excellent and the stay nice with all amenities.only problem is the power cut and last day we had a whole night power cut, the water was cold, but otherwise service and location wise nice place to stay. Very near to popular restaurants, dal lake and other sight seeing locations. Overall satisfied, the driver Ashfaq was very well versed with the places to visit and an excellent person who helped us a lot! Looking forward to stay again."
