"Entryway was slippery in the back. Front desk staffing was inconsistent. Ive never seen a front desk as a island counter. Didn't seem to be very staff friendly. Housekeeping staff were very friendly. Overall ww enjoyed our stay."

"The first night was a little rough. There was quite a bit of noise from other rooms & above, but I packed a white noise machine & that helped. Staff was wonderful, kind, & always willing to help. I loved the spaciousness of the room& wood floors. I wish I would’ve kept the smaller room with the city view however because not have natural light was a bit disappointing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. "

"My daughter and I stayed here for one night, just to get out of the house! It had a great location, it is across the street from RiverTown Crossings and close to all the other things we wanted to do. The hotel was very clean. There were plenty of common areas to sit and relax, if that’s your thing. We had to have a pool and the hot tub was a bonus. It was a spacious area, with plenty of pool towels and easy access to bathrooms/changing area. The hot tub was not “hot” to my standards.. so that...
