"The entire staff was kind from the workers at the front desk, to the workers I would pass in the halls. The only issue was during the night. I'm not sure what was happening, but there were a lot of loud banging sounds in the hall the entirety of the night. "

He drove me back to the airport the next day and waited to make sure I was able to rent a car after having an issue the night before, because I lost my driver’s license (misplaced).
