"Booked us into room 14 which was cold. Spoke to reception who informed me that there was no heating in this room. Told them that we could not shower bathroom freezing and to sleep would be too cold. Very good and we got transferred to room 109 which was lovely but found out cold tap Didn’t work. No a hassle for us and room wax warm. Breakfast great and staff are friendly and helpful"

"Check in was super simple. The hotel is about 5 mins from getting off the train. Complimentary hot drinks at Mission Control make a welcome change! Food outlets are very near including M&S so you can buy cold options and drinks. The shuttle to the north terminal is only 5 mins walk."

"Booked this charming local pub accommodation as it was close to our event. The place was small and cousy with a real old pub feel. Very friendly and accommodating owner/publican.
