"Stayed for one night after an over-night flight from Toronto. The location was 10 min from Gatwick. The staff was courtesy and professional. My room was spacious and well equipped with a microwave and fridge, coffee/tea and cookies, which were a nice touch. Took advantage of the black-out drapes for an afternoon nap. The bed was perfectly firm. Also went for an after dinner swim—the pool was comfortably warm—and ate at the bar for dinner. The steak salad was excellent. I had sent a message inquiring about getting to the hotel from the airport, and Tatjana replied within 24 hours with lots of detailed options for me. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Hilton Gatwick Airport is a great option if you have an early flight. It’s a 5 minute walk to the train station and airport, large rooms, and very modern. It also has a pub, bar and restaurant which is more than most airport hotels offer."

"Absolutely fantastic. Cathy and Jay especially were very kind, helpful, and hospitable. They have gone above and beyond in every circumstance. Please give them both a RAISE! This was as our first stay away with our puppy and they made us feel at ease as we were quite anxious with taking her away for a short while, I couldn't thank them enough. "It's an old Hilton hotel, a little shabby at the edges but comfortable with a gym, pool, a spacious room with kettle and fridge and all the extras included. The late check out of 12 meant we could relax, swim have breakfast rather than rushing around to get ready to leave. Price was good too for a family of 4. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
