"I stay here often and as always it was a comfortable stay. Staff is helpful. There are some new 'rules' which I am not sure are corporate or only for this property ie parking charge. Out of all the places in Kelowna I fund this is one of the best."

"Alfonso took great care of us during our two days in West Kelowna. We pre-ordered our breakfast and it was served to our table at the time we requested. He provided us with helpful tips with respect to wine tours and local sites to see. Our room and bed linen were clean, as was the ample washroom. We quite enjoyed our stay. "

"Absolutely stunning property. Loved the gardens and the pool. View is spectacular. Breakfasts were delicious. Bed was very comfortable. Linen great quality. Black out blinds and a microwave would be ideal. "

"This is a new property and we had a fantastic stay. Suzana is a thoughtful and gracious hostess and the room was stunning, with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed the hot tub and breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay there again - highly recommend!"
