The bigger problem, though is the third party,Grand Welcome, who rents the unit to the public: They have NO representatives on site--either to check you in or to service any problems. Checking in took me over 2 1/2 hours because they gave me the wrong key code for the unit! Also, when I had a problem with the AC, I had to call an 800 number, and...

"Loved this play. We had a 2 bedroom + 1den, 2 bath condo. Extremely well equipped kitchen with very comfortable amenities: keurig, brita, kettle, all the utensils, plates, cups, etc. Wifi was very strong and the location is great. Really nice TV with cable. Very large, comfortable space and quiet but central location."

"This is a great base for skiing Mammoth Mountain. The location is close to groceries, restaurants, ski shops. It is just a short drive to our favorite parking area. We did not try the shuttle. The condo is a little long in the tooth, but serves the purpose at a reasonable price. The place could use some maintenance on the heat and plumbing. "

"The location is good and parking is easy. The property is older, and the apartment décor is very rundown and tired looking and feeling. Like a trip to the 70's. Unit heating was adequate but very loud (difficult sleeping). The amenities were sub-par. The pool table was broken, the sauna didn't work, and the jacuzzi was not clean. Pet friendly meant "yellow snow" throughout the property, including in the walkways and hallways. Site did work hard at snow removal."

"There were no accommodations whatsoever. Usually theres coffee packets for guests. There was a full kitchen with no proper kitchen trash can. The fireplace had only one firestarter. The humidifier didnt seem to work properly. Not worth the money"
