Hotel is down a long, narrow alley and can be hard to find as well as unpleasant to walk to. Things that can be improved: 1) Kettle in room should be metal, not cancer-causing plastic; 2) bathrooms need hand soap and smaller towels; 3) rooms need pots and pans for cooking with the in-room range; 4) better signage to help people...

"The staffs are polite and very helpful. Like the rooftop but the music after dark on the rooftop bar is quiet noisy, I suggest the voice is tuned down or put some sound barrier of some sort for karaoke. "
