"Beautiful Hotel - noisy room next door. Someone started talking real loud at 4:45 and woke me up. I didn't want to wake my wife but after 45 minutes I knocked on ther door and it ceased. Got back to sleep for a few minutes when garbage crew noisily woke me again They are working on the plumbing but it took 5 minutes for hot water. Manager was very apologetic and comped us a free stay. Everything else was wonderful. "

"Very nice property and convenient; didn’t receive any VIP upgrade, but I was only there for a few nights and only to sleep and eat breakfast, so no worries. Rooms were basic, bathroom was very spacious and modern. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very attentive. Coffee 24/7 was awesome, and although I didn’t get to enjoy, the firepit near the entrance was pretty and a nice option. "We have been going to Lake George for years, the last few bringing our toddlers. Marine Village Resort was the PERFECT location for us to park the car and not have to use it agin until check out. It is walking distance to everything in the village which makes for an easy morning grabbing bagels or a quick walk to lunch of dinner at one of the fabulous restaurants on the lake. The resort itself is fantastic (especially for young kids)! The swimming area in the lake is safe and perfect for floats...

"The cottage with 2 bedrooms was a cute tiny cottage. I didn't receive an email for the code to enter the cottage. After 2 phone calls, we did communicate with someone. We asked if we could leave the boat parked, and the person said it would be okay. Appreciative of that! Once inside the cottage, we found no toilet paper at all and had to go to the store. After a 4 1/2 hr drive to get there, we had to hit the road again. My family just slept, took showers and watched tv there. We did not use the...
