I found cockroaches in the room and they left a window open and all my clothes got wet, also a hair dryer was damaged and the hotel never respond for this. They are the worst, never is a manager available there.

You can hear everything from the room. The rooms next to you, people talking on the hallway and the traffic even we where on a 9th floor.

I did stayed for one week everything was fine. It’s a little bit far from the centrum but there are a lot of taxi and uber. Only the disappointment are that did sleep the whole week on the same Fitted sheet. they make the bed but they didn’t change the Fitted sheet, Everything else was cleaned well.

Hotel was great overall just make sure you are okay with the noise outside. There are lots of bars and nightclubs so the music is none stop the weekend. Other than that it’s fine as long as you are not a light sleeper.

Fantasic stay! Walkable to the convention center and many bars and restaurants. Great staff, friendly and laid back! Jacuzzi for 2 in the room was awesome and we used it multiple times daily, though it was a great shower as well! Staff made it super convenient for Rappi to deliver directly you your room which was excellent! The king bed was giant and super comfy! The upstairs bar and restaurant looked great however the night we wanted to dine and relax up there we didnt as there was a wedding reception taking up much of the space, we could have dined but opted not to do. Really enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

Nice big rooms and special the jacuzzi.The breakfast was good and with a nice vieuw on the 10 th floor.Only the traffic was sometimes to noisy.

It was a relatively expensive hotel keeping in mind the quality of the food it offers, and the state of its facilities. There were bugs in the rooms.

Not a single employee of this hotel could speak a word of English. This is not a good hotel for people who speak English. A couple nights there was very loud music that was playing all night long. There is no pool and there is no gym. The location is ideal it's in a very central part of laureles and the area is safe. There is a smaller airport near the hotel and planes fly above all day long.
