"Staff went above and beyond in every way. Restaurant recommendations. They even managed to set up an appt for me to get a haircut on NYE. On NY day they bring me free breakfast to my room simply because they knew most places would be closed. I broke shower glass door while getting ready for dinner. Within 10 mins they had me in a new room like it never happened. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend - I will stay here 10/10 times "

"Nos tocó un cuarto bajito y todo el tiempo escuchamos ruidos, voces y gritos de personas que entraban y salían del hotel. Específicamente en las mañanas no podíamos descansar. Pero lo demás maravilloso, el personal y el desayuno los mejores. "
