"Owner was absolutely wonderful. Checked us in right away even thought we were a bit early. It was pouring rain and he upgraded our room to try and make up for the poor weather--super thoughtful and kind. A few hundred meters from the hotel is a restaurant called Clarabells. It has wonderful pizza. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others. "

"This was our 9th visit to Bermuda but our first stay at Royal Palms and we will return. It is a beautiful hotel, walking distance to Hamilton. Easy to get to restaurants, shops and both the bus and boat ferries. The staff at the hotel was one of the friendliest and most helpful of any other hotels we have stayed at. Special shout out to Greg who didn’t give up on connecting our DVD player to their TV so we could celebrate Groundhog day. The included breakfast was delicious and we appreciated...

"Lana was wonderful, very kind and helpful! The room was "Spartan" (no frills), but it served it's purpose. It was clean and comfortable. I loved having a balcony which looked out over the city of Hamilton. Although I never used the pool, I would- however -suggest that it remain cleaned simply for aesthetic reasons. I spent my time of course, enjoying the beautiful beaches of Bermuda! I will definitely return!"
