"Great location and the comfiest of beds! Our room was basic, no tea/coffee or fridge etc but that was fine for us, there was water though. Like others have said, there are areas that are in need of some tidying up but none of it would affect your stay. Breakfast was great, i wasn't expecting much after reading some reviews but it was all fresh and plentiful. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, we were just there for a night so maybe I'd prefer more room facilities if i was to stay longer."

"On arrival, it was a little confusing to find the location as it is set back from the satellite navigation location on the road. Once hotel was found, it was easy to park in the public car park and not too badly priced per day. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough and the cleaning staff are friendly. "Went for a short break with friends. Great hotel. Very local to all Bruges has to offer. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Only thing I would say is that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, but cafes were just around the corner. Overall a very lovely hotel."

"The position of the hotel is amazing. It is one of the buildings in one of the most photographed places in Bruges. The hotel is very quiet, the room was very large, though slightly oldish. Mattress not particularly comfortable and a cupboard in the room had a broken door (nothing important, though). Nice to have a kettle in the room. The breakfast was not impressive, chemical orange juice, canned fruits instead of fresh fruits and not a great selection of cheese. They did though had good bread...
