"The room was clean but it seemed to me that the areas outside the slides needed more cleaning."

"King rooms had plenty of space with a nice desk, a wet bar type area with coffee maker and fridge and a little sink. The sitting area was big enough to sit and visit with 5 of us, and big enough to make a pile of gifts for Christmas morning. Big TV with standard cable channels. Bathroom was a bit small, you had to squeeze in to get the door closed, and the toilet was abutting the shower, but it was quite functional. Included breakfast was meh, but it was easier than going out to find...

"Quiet and peaceful after a long trip"

"The Expedia reservation could not be found by the hotel. The hotel manager says Expedia failed to escalate the reservation and notify the hotel. Marriott was kind enough to provide a room so my family could stay. I’ll never use Expedia again and will be podcasting this experience and relaying it to my 150,000 followers "

"The beds were very comfortable. Great pillows. Breakfast was included, and had a wide variety, from savory, to sweet. The price was right and we would definitely return."

"The property is being renovated so not all of it was ready for this weekend. We stayed in an area that was already renovated and we did like it. Very clean and very comfortable. I go to West Dundee a lot and will return to this hotel when it is fully renovated. The staff were excellent and friendly"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to provide our son with a shower chair for the tub in his room since he had a cast on his foot. The dining room staff was very pleasant and the food was very good. The hotel is in a good location for us when we visit family. "
