As there was a function in the hotel that night we were offered the opportunity to move with our friends to the Katrina Suite, a modern 2 bedroom flat, a couple of minutes away. This was perfect for us and we were able to walk to the hotel for a lovely breakfast the next morning Parking was available and easy. "

Whilst not 'manned' the telephone was answered quickly and instructions including a map and how to gain access/breakfast etc was sent over immediately. "It’s ok here, for a hotel in a town that has seen better days. A nice big room (8), clean, well maintained with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was more than big enough, with a huge walk in shower. Pity about the spots of dirt and mould in the bottom rear corners. The room even has its own outside sun deck. "I only stayed one night & didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment on the food. Check in & out was quick & efficient & the staff were very friendly. Room was on the small side but adequate. Bathroom was clean, modern & included a bath. I would definitely stay here again. "
