"Excellently located to wander around Grantham centre. Key code operated car park was a welcome addition and was only £4 for one nights / two day trip. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming but it appeared there was nobody on hand to help with baggage up the stairs, unfortunately. The room was very clean but was tired in places and so was the bathroom - most of the woodwork could do with a spruce up but the suite was in good condition. I would definitely stay here again should I have the need to visit Grantham."

Reception was warm and friendly, the lady couldn't have been more helpful and cheerful, and this led to a wonderful stay, we would love to return and recommend this hotel to everyone who would like a very comfortable night in a spotlessly clean room which offered every possible guarantee of a quiet, safe and happy stay "
